THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17403 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and 4th respondent in respect of land in Survey No.24/2/A, situated at Konapur Village of Amangal Mandal, R.R.District at the instance of 4th respondent and in threatening the petitioner and her family members not to enter into their land.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.14.08.2019, submitted by the Asst.SubInspector of Police, Amangal P.S., Ranga Reddy District, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of the 4th respondent against the petitioner and her family members, a GD entry was made; that the Station House Officer called both the parties to the police station; and that both the parties have approached the Station House Officer and informed that there is civil dispute between them and they would settle the matter before the elders. It is further stated that after the said incident, neither the petitioner nor respondent No.4 approached the respondent police and that the respondent police also never called them to the police station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent police are interfering with the civil disputes.

In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and 4th respondent. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
