THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17478 OF 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 6 in interfering with the petitioner's land to an extent of Ac.0.6 1⁄2 guntas in Sy.No.545 (old) 545/A/1 (New), situated in Waddepally revenue village, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dated 03.09.2019 stating as follows: "It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that the respondent No.4 is interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.4 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time.

It is submitted that in fact a case is registered against the petitioner Kotte Dayankar in Crime No.172/2019, U/s.468, 420, 471, 447, 427, 506 r/w 120(3) IPC of Kazipet Police station on 27.8.2019 basing on the complaint of one Sunitha Keerthi, wherein the said accused created fake documents in respect of Sy.No.545/A in Ac.6.20 gts at Prashanth Nagar.

Keeping that in mind the above case, the petitioner had come up with present writ petition to bring pressure on the police officials, all the averments and contention raised in the writ petition are false are denied."

Recording the written submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedy against registration of crime against him, in accordance with law.

No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 20.09.2019 t k.
