THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 37672 of 2015 ORDER :

1st petitioner is a Fishermen Co-operative Society and is seeking lease for conducting fishing operations in Penna river-B within its area of operation. The 1st petitioner has submitted representation dt. 08.07.2015 to the 3rd respondent seeking such a lease. But, the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Fisheries states that the 3rd respondent will communicate to the petitioners his decision on the above representation, within two weeks.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the representation dt. 08.07.2015 submitted by the 1st petitioner to him, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
