TH E H ON'BLE SRI J USTICE M.SEETH ARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2912 of 20 14 ORDER:

This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner/ plaintiff assailing the order dated 20.08.2014 passed by the learned X Additional Senior Civil Judge (Judge, Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in IA.No.81 of 2014 in OS.No.816 of 2009.

When the revision is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent herein/ defendant would submit that the suit itself was disposed of on 11.09.2014 by the trial Court and that therefore, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication and the CRP has become infructuous. However, there is no representation for the revision petitioner today as well as on the previous date of adjournment, 19.10.2016. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, however, for default. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision petition shall also stand dismissed.
