THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17571 OF 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in registering the case against the respondents 5 and 6 on complaint dated 27.06.2019 given for kidnapping petitioner's grandson by respondents 5 and 6 and their henchman. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of the written instructions dt.16.08.2019 of the Sub Inspector of Police, Nalgonda District.

To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under:

"It is submitted that with regard to allegations made by the petitioner that she gave a complaint to the respondent Police on 27.6.2019 is false and denied herewith, as the petitioner has not given any complaint on 27.6.2019 to the respondent Police. It is submitted that if the petitioner approaches the respondent Police and gives a complaint, action will be taken as per law.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the respondent competent authority and on such complaint, the respondent Police authorities are directed to take appropriate action, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
