This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 132 of 2012 on the file of Yellareddy Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 12.11.2013 before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court at Yellareddy and the same is yet to be numbered.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
