CVNR, J & TA, J CMA.No.407 of 2018 Dt:29.8.2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order and decree, dated 06.01.2018, in Arbitration O.P.No.12 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kadapa. Today, by a separate order, we have dismissed I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed for leave to file the present appeal. In the light of the said order, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is rejected. As a sequel to rejection of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, No.2 of 2018 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
