THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21628 of 2006 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent that the issue arising in the present Writ Petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in DHANALAKSHMI IRON INDUSTRIES LIMITED, BONTHAPALLI VILLAGE, ZINNARAM MANDAL, MEDAK DISTRICT v. CENTRAL POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY OF A.P. LIMITED, HYDERABAD AND OTHERS1 wherein it was held, at paragraph No.20, as follows:

"Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed by setting aside the impugned order dated 03.05.2007 passed by the third respondent and consequently the respondents are directed to continue the electricity supply to the petitioner till it continues to pay the regular electricity charges. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed".

Following the above said judgment, and for the reasons recorded thereof, this Writ Petition is allowed setting aside the attachment notice dated 09.08.2006 issued by the Divisional Electrical Engineer-first respondent herein.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
