O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the immediate neighbour of the 4th respondent who is making construction of the Commercial Complex in Sy.No.425/2, Near Sri Rama Talkies, Nandikotkur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District in violation of the building permission granted to him and also by encroaching the Public Road. The petitioner along with others filed objections regarding the same. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

No where in the writ affidavit it is stated that petitioner has approached the respondent-Municipality regarding his grievance. Straight away he filed the present writ petition. In view of the same, the petitioner cannot have any grievance that the respondent authorities are not taking any action against the 4th respondent.

Hence, I do not see any merit to entertain the writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to make a representation to the 2nd respondent ventilating his grievance. On such representation being filed, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J Date: 01.10.2015 dv
