THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.20560 OF 2002 ORDER:

It is submitted that the petitioner filed this writ petition seeking confirmation of her appointment as Junior Management Grade I. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank submits that the appointment of the petitioner was confirmed in the said grade on 4.6.2001 and the lis in this writ petition does not survive. Recording the above statement of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the said statement of the learned Standing Counsel is found to be incorrect, it is always open to the petitioner to move appropriate application seeking restoration of this writ petition. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
