THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17418 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3, in frequently calling the petitioner to the police station and detaining him for long hours in the police station without there being any FIR registered against the petitioner and without following due procedure. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.14.08.2019, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that a case in Crime No.470/2019, under Sections 341, 323, 506 IPC, was registered against the petitioner on the file of Chaitanyapuri Police Station on 06.08.2019; and that the petitioner, instead of cooperating with the investigating agency, filed the present writ petition with false and frivolous allegations.

In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy as may be available to him under law against registration of crime against him. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
