Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries (Andhra Pradesh) for respondent nos.1 to 6.

2. The grievance of petitioners is that the petitioners' representation dt.06.08.2015 for taking appropriate action in the matter of admission of bogus members into the 7th respondent-Society by the Managing Committee of 7th respondent-Society is pending consideration with the 5th respondent, and that 5th respondent is not disposing of the same.

3. The learned Government Pleader for Fisheries (Andhra Pradesh) submits that 5th respondent will dispose of petitioners' representation dt.06.08.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 5th respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' representation dt.06.08.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate its decision thereon. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
