HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS SECOND APPEAL NO. 1146 OF 2000 JUDGMENT :

In view of the Letter dated 25.04.2016 submitted by Sri K. Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for appellant to the Registrar(Judicial) stating that the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal as both the parties compromised the matter out side the Court, and hence the Second Appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
