This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order, dated 24-08-2012 in I.A.No.459 of 2012 in O.S.No.127 of 2007 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam. 2.

As per the office note, dated 28-10-2016, the suit itself was disposed of on 24-07-2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the suit was disposed of. 3.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this revision. 4.
