THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19737 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

2. It appears that the father-in-law of the petitioner was the fair price shop dealer of shop No.35016 at Kothagudem Town, Khammam District from 1982 to 1997. Since he died, the husband of the petitioner applied for dealership on compassionate grounds in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014. But, unfortunately, the husband of the petitioner suffering from paralysis and hence, the petitioner applied for appointment on 28.01.2015. It was followed by two representations dated 23.02.2015 and 25.05.2015. The District Collector, Khammam, by his proceedings dated 03.02.2015, recommended the candidature of the petitioner to the second respondent, and when no orders were passed, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
