THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.4475 of 2015 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner had filed a letter before the Registry stating that the parties had settled the matter outside the Court and that the respondent had also filed a full satisfaction memo before the trial Court and that unless the CRP is withdrawn, the full satisfaction memo cannot be recorded and that, therefore, he was instructed by his client to withdraw the civil revision petition.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'. In view of the contents of the letter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this CRP also shall stand dismissed.
