18.02.2022 LK,J I.A.No. 1 of 2022 This Application is filed seeking relaxation of condition No.3(iii) imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.09.2021 whereby the petitioner was directed to report before the Station House Officer on every Sunday between 09.00 and 10.00 A.M. till filing of the charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition. He further submits that it has become very difficult for the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer due to his occupation, hence, the said condition may be relaxed.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been appearing before the police since 13.09.2021, the said condition is relaxed, however, whenever the presence of the petitioner is required, the police shall issue a notice and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before them.

The Application is ordered accordingly.
