Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the interim order dated 27-04-2010 passed in WVMP.No.1685 of 2009 vacating the interim direction granted in WPMP.No.6086 of 2009 on 06-03-2009, nothing survives in the present writ petition to adjudicate further.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
