HCJ & BVR, J W.A.No. 501 of 2020 Dt: 18-11-2020 Judgment: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Writ Appeal is filed against order dated 09-10-2020, passed by a learned Single Judge, in W.P. No. 14221 of 2020. Mr. G. Vidya Sagar, the learned Senior Counsel for the appellants, seeks liberty to withdraw the present Writ Appeal with liberty to file an application before the learned Single Judge for vacation of the impugned order.

Therefore, the Writ Appeal is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty, as prayed for is, hereby, granted. There shall be no order as to costs.
