THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.7334 of 2009 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that he filed a Revision Petition along with stay petition under Section 92 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, before the first respondent - Regional Joint Commissioner, Endowments Department, Tirupati, in March, 2009, against the order, dated 30.06.2007 in O.A.No.28 of 2005, but, no orders are passed so far either in the stay petition or in the Revision Petition.

This Court by order, dated 08.04.2009, while admitting the Writ Petition, granted status quo.

It is to be noted that the second respondent - Deputy Commissioner, Endowments Department, Guntur, passed order, dated 30.06.2007 in O.A.No.28 of 2005, holding that the petitioner is an encroacher of the land belonging to the third respondent - Sri Siddabathuni Komalangamma Dharma Satram, rep. by its Manager, Lalapet, Guntur. It is also to be noted that the order of status quo is with respect to the possession of the petitioner over the subject land but not with respect to the proceedings before the first respondent.

CKR, J WP.No.7334 of 2009 Now, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Endowments, on instructions, that on 17.07.2010 itself, the first respondent passed final orders in the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, it can be said that the grievance of the petitioner virtually stood redressed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 10th OCTOBER, 2018.
