HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17501 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that respondents are not registering the case on the complaint lodged by petitioner dated 24-07-2019 against respondents 5 to 14.

When the matter was listed on 26-08-2019, learned Standing Counsel for C.B.I. submitted that petitioner filed WP.No.15154 of 2019 for registration of FIR and the same is disposed of on 29-072019 and that suppressing the same, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. On that day, there was no appearance for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed for today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though the matter is listed today under 'dismissal' caption, there is no appearance for petitioner. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not see any merit in the writ petition.
