Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation dated 30-12-2017 made by the petitioners seeking for police protection, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions stated that on the basis of the complaint of the 1st petitioner dated 15-06-2018, a case in Cr.No.103 of 2018 was registered and produced a copy of F.I.R. in the said crime.

Learned counsel for the petitioners says that inspite of registration of crime, the petitioners are having threat to enter in the village and they made a representation on 30-12-2017 for police protection.

In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation dated 30-12-2017 made by the petitioners in accordance with law and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
