Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration on behalf of the 1st respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent‐ Corporation. The case of the petitioner is that though it has been carrying on the construction work in Plot No. 21 in Survey Nos. 12, 12/a and 13 of Guttla Begumpet in accordance with the plan approved by the 3rd respondent Zonal Commissioner, West Zone, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Serilingampally on 30.06.2016, the respondent authorities have been interfering with the same. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent‐Corporation submits that the respondents will follow due process of law.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to strictly adhere to the procedure prescribed under law if at all any interference is warranted with the property in question.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
