ORDER:- Heard.

2. Petitioner, who claims to be an occupier of the part of the land in survey No.102, Rekurthi Village, Karimnagar Mandal and District, states that he constructed a tin shed and a compound wall on the said land. Alleging that

there is interference by the fourth respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Learned government pleader for Revenue states that the extent claimed by the petitioner is disputed and it is necessary for the revenue authorities to verify the extent.

4. Admittedly, the land claimed by the petitioner is a Government land. The extent, to which the petitioner claims his right, cannot be adjudicated in this court and it is for the fourth respondent to verify the facts and take appropriate action.

5. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of. However, if any action is intended to be taken by the fourth respondent against the petitioner, the fourth respondent shall follow due process of law, issue notice, call for explanation, and pass appropriate orders.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
