Heard Mr.A.K.Kishore Reddy for petitioners and Mr.Ch.Srinivas, Standing Counsel for Agricultural Market Committee. It is stated by learned counsel appearing for parties that the issue raised in this batch of writ petitions is covered by order, dated 02.12.2015, in WP.No.39011 of 2015.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, the writ petitions are allowed. Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are directed to consider the petitioners' applications for grant of commission agent license without reference to G.O.Ms.No.57, Agriculture and Cooperation (AM-II) Department, dated 12.10.2015, but by applying the norms in G.O.Ms.No.190, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKTG.I) Department, dated 06.04.1994, and communicate their decision to the petitioners within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
