Heard learned counsel for petitioners/A2 & A3 and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. The petitioners are A.2 & A.3 in crime No.15 of 2018 of Addaguduru Police Station, Yadadri Bhongir District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 304-B IPC including against husband of the deceased who is A.1 and the petitioners herein are the brothers of husband of the deceased (A.1).

Once there is prima facie allegation even though it is the contention of the petitioners that they are residents of different places to the deceased and A.1 and the marriage of A.1 and deceased is a love marriage and these are the matters if at all to consider for regular bail.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
