THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17506 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.21.08.2019 stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a GD entry was made in the Station records and a requisition letter was sent to the Court for obtaining permission as the contents of the complaint is non-cognizable; that on 20-08-2019, they received a letter from the Court wherein permission was accorded to register a case under Section 506 IPC; and that accordingly a case in Crime No.540/2019 was registered under Section 506 IPC. Recording the aforesaid written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
