I.A.No.2 of 2024 is filed to set aside the order dt.06.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.14625 of 2013 dismissing the Writ Petition for non-prosecution and to restore the WP to its file. When these interlocutory applications are listed today for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Since, the Writ Petition is already dismissed for nonprosecution, the present interlocutory applications are required to be considered only along with the main Writ Petition.
