In view of the above submission, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order of this Court in W.P.No.44170 of 2016 and batch dated 30.06.2019. There shall be no order as to costs. Copy of the order dated 30.06.2019 in W.P.No.44170 of 2016 be annexed to this order.
