The petitioner is working as Field Assistant under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme since 2008 at Nathavaram Mandalam, Visakhapatnam District. When an order of suspension was passed on 16.08.2016, the present writ petition was filed.

The petitioner had already submitted her explanation on 29.08.2016 with regard to the allegations levelled against her. Since the order impugned in the present writ petition is only an order of suspension, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, at this stage.

Respondent No.5 is directed to complete the enquiry against the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
