THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12196 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the Petitioners as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioners' services from their initial appointments in pursuance of the circular No.PD-30/1997, DATED 24-4-1997 issued by the corporation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous in view regularization of the service of the petitioners. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
