This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 10.02.2016, in Writ Petition No.36409 of 2015.

After arguing the case and realizing that this Contempt Case is absolutely misconceived and without any substance, Mr. Ambati Srikanth Reddy, learned

counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
