THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.13310 OF 2001 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as clerk and also to extend the same scale payable to the regular clerk with all allowances and benefits with effect from the date of initial appointment.

The writ petition was admitted on 03.07.2001 and an interim direction to continue the services of the petitioner, was granted on the said date.

Heard Smt K. Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner, Dr. P.B. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 and Sri M. Bramha Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent No.4.

The writ petitioner and the respondent No.4 filed a joint memo stating that the petitioner was appointed in a regular vacancy by the respondents 3 and 4 and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to post the writ petition under the caption "for withdrawal".

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
