Heard Smt.B.Rachana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Santosh Kumar, learned Government pleader attached to the learned Advocate General, appearing for the respondents. 2.
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not according permission to the petitioner to conduct a public meeting under the name and style of 'Reddla Maha Sangrammam' proposed on 27.05.2022, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.
Today learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings, dated 26.05.2022, issued by the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, wherein, it is stated that the permission as sought for by the petitioner is rejected for the reasons mentioned therein.

Now, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has conducted similar meeting on 07.03.2021 and the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pet Basheerabad, Hyderabad, has accorded permission to the petitioner vide proceedings, dated 03.03.2021 on imposition of certain conditions. She submits that there is no complaint that the petitioner herein or its Members have violated any of the said conditions imposed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police. She further submits that the President of petitioner Association is ready
to submit an undertaking saying that the association or its members or he will not violate the conditions imposed by the police officials and that he will take responsibility in the event of any untoward incident to be happened.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner herein to submit an undertaking in the manner stated supra by today itself. On submission of the said undertaking, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall accord permission to the petitioner herein to conduct meeting i.e., 'Reddla Maha Sangrammam' on 27.05.2022 at 6.00 PM to 8.00 PM at Medchal Check Post, NH 44, AGS Developers Venture, SR Nos. 453, 454 and 455 on the very same conditions, which were imposed vide order dated 03.03.2021 in W.P.No.5019 of 2021. The petitioner has to restrict its members to 2000. In the event of violation of any of the conditions imposed by respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the permission, liberty is granted to them to take action, in accordance with law. Further, the petitioner shall not turn the said meeting into any other rally, or parades, meeting or gathering etc. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _________________ K.LAKSHMAN, J 26TH May, 2022 Note:
