HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 13257 OF 2017 ORDER:

Disciplinary action initiated against petitioner on the allegation that petitioner gained employment by submitting false SSC resulted in punishment of removal from service as Conductor by order dated 9.10.2012. On the allegation of production of fake certificates prosecution was launched against him. Petitioner was accused in C.C. No. 230 of 2013 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madanapalle, Chittoor District. By judgment rendered on 28.9.2016 in the above CC, petitioner was acquitted. On acquittal, petitioner submitted representation dated 22.10.2016 to review the order of removal. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed. This Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and keep the Writ Petition pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Regional Manager, APSRTC (second respondent) to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.10.2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
