G. Varalakshmi, v. State Of Telangana,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45075 of 2016 ORDER:
In this writ petition, the petitioners seek to quash the proceedings dated 14.10.2016 in M.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of respondent No.2 under Section 107 Cr.P.C.
Since this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings while exercising the powers under Article 226 of Constitution of India, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the 2nd respondent in the impugned proceedings.
Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners 1 to 3 only, in M.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of 2nd respondent. The 4th petitioner is permitted to represent the other petitioners in the said proceedings. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 23.12.2016.
