HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1084 OF 2015 ORDER:

In the light of the fact that the orders dated 13.02.2015 are complied with by the Tahsildar, Warangal Mandal, by passing the orders on merits on 09.07.2015, which fact is not being disputed before me by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this contempt case.

It is open for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondentTahsildar, Warangal Mandal, vide Progs.No.A/545/2015, dated 09.07.2015, if it is otherwise aggrieved.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall also stand closed.
