THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8019 OF 2011 ORDER:

Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel representing Sri Kakara Venkat Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the parties have compromised amongst themselves and out of mutual consent divorce application has been ordered and the parties are not interested to pursue with the matter.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as not pressed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
