THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P. No.4672 of 2014 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner in this Revision is that he had filed EP.No.157 of 2009 before the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy at Kukatpally for execution of the decree in O.S.No.1 of 1990 on the file of the said Court, but the said EP is not being disposed of by the Court below, even though more than five years have been elapsed since its filing.

2. Heard Sri J.Prabhakar, Counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.Sharath, Counsel for the 1st respondent.

3. Having regard to the said grievance, without going into the merits of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy at Kukatpally to dispose of EP.No.157 of 2009 in O.S.No.1 of 1990 on his file within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, positively. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
