THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16221 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.9 of Chinna Nelaturu village, Gonegandla Mandal, Kurnool District.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adoni, Kurnool District, cancelled the authorization of the petitioner's fair price shop dealership on 11.03.2015.

Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to challenge the order of cancellation or he may instruct his client to file an appeal against the said cancellation. In the circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous, and it is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
