Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in registering the FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioners on 14-01-2017, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, by producing written instructions dated 5.6.2018, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioners, case in Crime No.93/2018 under Sections 506 and 507 read with 34 of IPC, has been registered on 28.04.2018 and investigation is under progress. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no orders need be passed in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed.
