This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondent Nos.1 to 4 to act in accordance with law and provide an electrical connection along with an individual meter to the house-site of the petitioners in plot No.5, situated in Survey No.11/2 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and pass appropriate orders. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for both parties with one voice submitted that the relief claimed in this writ petition is covered by the order of this Court dated 18.12.2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 18.12.2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
