Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: ".... to call for the records pertaining to Arbitration Application No.129 of 2013 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court as well as the records on the file of Hon'ble Mr. Ronojit Kumar Mitra, Former Judge, High Court of Calcutta, sitting at Hyderabad and set aside the same as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law as well as contrary to Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and its rules made thereunder ...."

After arguing the matter for some time, Sri M.V. Raja Raam, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move the Hon'ble Chief Justice for recalling/review of the order dated 13.12.2013 in Arbitration Application No.129 of 2013. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
