HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.17297 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of 2nd respondent in issuing the proceedings dated 27.6.2002, as illegal and arbitrary.

On 11.09.2002, while admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim order in W.P.M.P.No.21709 of 2002, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service, pending disposal of the main writ petition.

In view of the interim order dated 11.09.2002, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.21709 of 2002, no further orders are required to be passed.
