THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6373 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings to the extent of the petitioner i.e., Accused No.10 in C.C.No.592 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoni, for the offence under Sections 323, 324 read with Section 34 I.P.C. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument only in connection with pendency of N.B.W. against the petitioner herein and prayed a direction to the trial Court to recall the warrant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the warrant issued against the petitioner is hereby recalled and the petitioner is directed to represent before the concerned court through accused No.17, who is mother of the petitioner herein.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
