THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 246 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 07.04.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.11442 of 2016.

Respondent No.3 filed a counter-affidavit, in which he stated that pursuant to the aforesaid order, he issued a letter, dated 31.05.2016, rejecting the claim of the petitioners after considering their objections.

Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings, dated 31.05.2016, if they are so advised.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
