CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.14558 of 2017 02.08.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have not been implementing order, dated 03.01.2013, in O.A.No.3798 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'). 2.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that after notice was issued by this Court, respondent Nos.3 and 4 have complied with the order of the Tribunal and that therefore, the grievance with which the petitioner filed this writ petition stood redressed.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.18027 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
