THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.15569 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Against the order passed by the Appellate Deputy Commissioner (CT), the petitioner has an effective remedy of further appeal to the Telangana VAT Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal'). As the extended period of limitation has still not expired, we see no reason to entertain the writ petition.

Leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the Tribunal, the writ petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
