THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.8355 of 2014 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners was that the revenue authorities are not undertaking survey and demarcation of the land admeasuring Acs.2.05 guntas in T.S.Nos.6 and 7, Block-B, Ward No.10, correlated to Survey No.150/129/1 of Shaikpet Village, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, despite their application.

Perusal of the record however reflects that the petitioners did not file a copy of their representation/application, if any, made in this regard. Though the petitioners made an averment in para 6 of the writ affidavit to the effect that the application was submitted by them along with the requisite fee, without proof thereof being placed before this Court, no inference can be drawn in favour of the petitioners. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to make an application in the prescribed format along with the requisite fee in the event they want survey and demarcation of the subject land. If such an application is made, the revenue authorities shall consider the same and take appropriate action thereon expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of its receipt. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR Date:21.02.2019 GJ
