When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Srikanth, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 22.01.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order dated 22.01.2019, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
